PnH FlowControl – Smart Biogas Plant Control

PnH FlowControl adds intelligent feed and recipe control to the modular biogas plants from the official Pumps N’ Hoses Pack. The plant feeds the substrates that are actually available, keeping production reliable even during the harvest rush.

Important: The official Pumps N’ Hoses Pack DLC is required. This mod extends its modular digesters and dosing hoppers.

Features

• Dynamic recipes: The biogas plant automatically adapts its recipe to the substrates on hand. Missing silage no longer automatically brings biogas production to a standstill.
• Direct feed control: Set solid and slurry feed independently from 0% to 140% in 20% increments using buttons B and N. The controls can be reassigned freely in the game settings.
• Buffer filling for servers and absences: At 120% or 140%, the dosing unit replenishes the fermenter faster than it consumes material. This allows the internal buffer to be refilled on dedicated servers before extended absences or overnight. The Off setting enables targeted mono-fermentation using only manure or solid substrates.
• Substrate converter on the PnH bunker: The dosing bunker accepts additional crops as bulk material or, where supported by the map, as bales. They are automatically converted into the appropriate base substrate using a fair, energy-equivalent yield ratio. Supported silage substrates include CCM (144%), dried silage corn (109%), beet pulp (103%), haylage (103%), grass silage (97%), clover silage (94%), brewer’s grains (94%), alfalfa silage (91%), fresh grass (56%), green rye and field grass, among others. Straw (52%) and compost (29%) can be used for manure, while potato pulp (100%), sugar beets (80%) and potatoes (80%) are available for root-crop substrates.
• Live telemetry: The Infotrigger displays the selected feed stage and target flow rate, consumption of each individual raw material, actual methane yield and digestate production in liters per hour.
• Complete residual utilization: Substrate stocks can be fermented down to zero liters without bottlenecks caused by minimum quantities.
• Multiplayer and dedicated server support: Feed stages and flow rates are synchronized across all clients with server authority. Only authorized farm members can adjust the feeding levels.
