NF Marsch Realistic Extension

This mod adjusts several aspects of the NF Marsch map to make gameplay more realistic.

Changelog:
- Reduced pallet capacity from 5000 to 1000 units
- All productions (except placeable BGAs) are now 5x slower, cheaper, and have smaller storage capacities
- Pre-placed BGAs are now about 40% cheaper

Planned Adjustments:
- More realistic animal husbandry: fewer animals per barn, realistic feed, manure, and milk quantities (based on TL+ from FS22)
