M-Tex Oil Permian Refinery

Adds a detailed 200 × 150 m refinery to the Midland, Texas oilfields. Process crude oil into fuels, lubricants, and industrial products, then transport the finished goods or supply them to compatible production facilities you own.

Four independently operated production lines:

• Crude refining: Produces gasoline, diesel, kerosene, LPG, naphtha, fuel oil, and asphalt from crude oil.
• Lubricant plant: Produces motor oil, hydraulic oil, grease, and paraffin from fuel oil.
• Delayed coker: Converts asphalt into petroleum coke, naphtha, and LPG.
• Hydrotreater and sulfur recovery: Converts fuel oil into diesel and sulfur.

The crude unit processes up to 20,000 liters per production hour, provided enough crude oil is available and storage space remains for the finished products.
