Hydraulic Failure Trailer

This script adds a realistic hydraulic condition system with failure probability to all tipper trailers. Every complete lift and unloading cycle causes wear on the hydraulics. The HUD displays the current status ("OK") and the damage percentage. Once the condition reaches 0 %, the body remains permanently raised and must be repaired at the workshop using the "Repair Hydraulics" option. Partial damage can be fixed via the "Service Hydraulics" workshop option. If the trailer is detached while raised or during unloading, the body stays up until it is reattached.
